If you're bored in P-town, pick up Bill Bryson's autobiography-The Life and Times of the Thunderbolt Kid.

It's a fast and light hearted read- patriotic and nostalgic (more for my father's era).

OMG you are from Pittsburgh? We are practically neighbors. I spent a lot of time in Pittsburg. I remember watching Andy VanSlyke in the outfield and well he was why I went to Pirates games. I'm from Ohio but barely. I grew up on the Ohio, WVA, PA border and grew up listening to Jim Quin (Quin and Banana in the morning - B94 FM) and WMFD. Gosh, it's cool you are from Pittsburg.
